PCD Work Rest Blade

Description

We can use synthetic diamond like PCD, CBN to sharpen the cutting edge and increase the cutting efficiency. This also improves tool life of the blade, and reduces manufacturing cost for massive production.

For some years now PCD is advancing as a material for wear protection, with more efficient and precise. The tool lives compared to carbide are many times higher – often even 100 times. Time-consuming and cost-intensive change and setup of the wear protection components is no longer necessary.

This blade carries a workpiece for grinding with the centerless grinder.
