PCD cutting tools blanks, consist of diamond layer and tungsten carbide substrate, are produced by sintering selected diamond particles at high pressure and high temperature (HPHT).


Our PCD Cutting Tool Blanks are available in 5 micron, 10 micron, 25 micron, and so on, are widely used for machining non-ferrous metals and alloys, such as aluminum, copper, aluminum / iron-gray composite, as well as non-metallic materials such as wood, chipboard, ceramics, plastic, rubber etc, where high abrasion resistance and good surface finish are required.

 

Our PCD disc can be cut to different size upon to customs’ special requests, such as square shape, rectangle shape, round and triangle shapes.
