PDC Drill Bit

PDC anchor shank bit is the most basic part of roadway support in coal mines. It can bound the surrounding rock of roadway together, and make the surrounding rock to support itself. Roofbolt drill bit is a kind of drilling tool for fixing anchor bolt of coal mine. 

The two wings of our PDC roofbolt drill bit adopt PDC (Polycrystalline Diamond Compact) as the cutting tooth, the application of PDC has greatly improved the drilling efficiency of roofbolt drill bit, and is taking the place of tungsten carbide roofbolt drill bit gradually.

• The service life of this drill bit is 10-30 times longer than normal alloy bits when drilling the same rock formation.

• No need to sharpen. This bit can lower work intensity and save man-hour.

PDC core bits use slot face discharge hole type. It's often adopted in pdc bit, TSP bit, and has bigger flow capacity, which minimizes the occurrence of discharge hole blockage. It's suitable for drilling in fractured formations where there is much flushing fluid and rock debris.

PDC core bit is mainly used in the soft formation, and it has high speed footage and anti-wearesistance.
